Change management is a multidisciplinary skill that has many facets and is very easy to apply in various contexts. A change management strategy helps to achieve strategic objectives with the work team, improves results, implements innovation, reduces volatility or risks in certain processes and significantly improves operational efficiency.
Change is a natural phenomenon that occurs throughout human life and, particularly in working life, it is understood that it is what is required to have successful change processes. Organizations live in a balance between change and stability, every time an objective is set, they are trying to evolve to a place where they are not today; in the process where this series of actions, strategies, frictions occur, that which is between the objective and the company is change.
The events that occur in the organization or in the logistics areas range from increasing utility, increasing efficiency, reducing costs or even the arrival of new technology represent changes. Although a reality is that we do not like to change because as humanity we have certain organisms that make us perceive change as a threat or discomfort. One of the keys to change management is making the right decision, which is extremely complex in nature because critical thinking is required, the ability to analyze how these decisions will affect stakeholders.
It is necessary to have a plan to understand what it is that represents an impediment to achieving the level of effectiveness that an organization wants.
